What are your hours?
We are open Monday to Sunday, all year round, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The last ticket is sold at 4:30 PM.
Where are you located?
We are in the heart of Parque Central Mazatlán, with free parking on site.
How much is admission?
Mazatlán Resident ticket is $509 MXN and General Admission is $612 MXN per adult. Children under 3 enter free. See every rate on the Tickets page.
How do I prove I am a local resident?
Show your official Mexican ID (INE) at the entrance to get the Mazatlán Resident rate.
Can I bring food inside?
No. Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
Can I re-enter the same day?
No. Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the venue.
Do you offer memberships or an annual pass?
Yes. We have family and individual memberships for year-round visits. You can find them on our ticketing site.
How do I buy tickets?
Buy online to secure your visit and skip the line, or at the box office on the day of your visit.
